These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Divine Teppich website and to gallery purchases and bespoke commissions placed with the atelier. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Shipping, returns, and cancellation are described in dedicated policies. Where those pages set a more specific rule, that rule applies to that subject.

Every rug in our collection is crafted by master artisans using premium hand-knotted techniques, natural New Zealand wool, and pure silk. Subtle variations in texture, colour tone, and knot density are inherent signatures of genuine luxury craftsmanship and are not treated as defects.

Screen colours and photography are a guide. The finished carpet is a handmade object and may differ slightly from what you see on a display.

Content on this site is provided to present our collections, heritage, and concierge services. Images and descriptions are illustrative. You may not scrape, copy, or reuse our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Custom rug orders require client sign-off on design proofs, colour swatches, and sizing specifications. Once yarn dyeing and weaving commence, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Production timelines are estimates based on knot density and design complexity. Handwork may shift a date; we share updates in good faith as the piece progresses.

Ready-to-ship gallery pieces are sold as shown, subject to availability. After dispatch, returns follow our Return Policy. Before dispatch, cancellation follows our Cancellation Policy.

All original designs, motifs, imagery, text, and architectural carpet concepts displayed on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Divine Teppich. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Appointments booked through our private scheduling channels guarantee dedicated time with our senior design consultants. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments upon advance notice.

Consultation notes are used only to develop your brief and are treated as confidential under our Privacy Policy.
